Reviews of Chelsea Hotel Toronto

The views of the sunrise over the city from my small balcony at The Chelsea were simply breathtaking. The sight of downtown waking up to a new day was truly mesmerizing. Plus, the E-Club Lounge's complimentary evening hors d'oeuvres were a delightful surprise, making for a perfect end to my busy days.
The room had stains and the bedspread was not up to standard.

The Chelsea hotel's location is a major advantage, being close to major hospitals and key shopping destinations. The room, albeit small, provided free WiFi and a flat-screen TV, as well as a balcony with stunning views. The E-Club Lounge's complimentary breakfast and evening hors d'oeuvres were a delightful surprise.
The check-in experience was marred by the front desk's attempt to charge me again due to inaccurate records. The initial room was sub-standard, and it took three days to be moved to a better one due to a faulty phone.

The room was spotless and bright, included a safe, a sitting area, and a writing table.

Ideal central location and incredibly helpful staff. Stocked and extremely pleasant room, with a very nice, small balcony and a heating system.

The place was great and pretty, we enjoyed it. The breakfast was very very good and delicious for vegetarians very disappointed and the staff was willing to help. The location was very central, unbeatable close to downtown.

I chose this hotel for attending a training session because it provides ample meeting rooms and spacious event space, which was perfect for the purpose. The staff were accommodating and the facilities were well-maintained, contributing to a productive stay.
One service that I missed for my work was the availability of in-room coffee makers, as it would have been convenient for early morning preparation before the training sessions.

Understanding staff from the bell desk and the location was awesome fantastic near to yongs Street night life is superb. Had brunch in the Fran's Restaurant and Bar, located nearby. The room was huge and I thoroughly enjoyed the pool, it was good.

Amazing location in Downtown Toronto district close enough to the attraction in downtown Toronto as well as the nightlife, Eaton shopping centre and hop on/off bus route. Recently renovated, functional room with a view.

Everything here was great, and the weather was lovely, loved it. I stayed in the room that was finally upgraded to Club level and available with a balcony. Nice staff from the bell desk and the setting was brilliant.

Newly decorated & a decent size unit with a balcony.

It was in the central location to Yonge-Dundas square. There was Barberian's Steak House in the vicinity, we ate lunch there.

I chose Chelsea Hotel Toronto primarily for its close proximity to Yonge-Dundas Square, but I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional services offered. The catering team's ability to create fun catering stations for events is impressive, and the Indian lunch buffet served authentic, delicious dishes. The express|o coffee and wine bar in the lobby was a nice touch, and the T Bar dining room offered a great selection of snacks and shareables.
Lots of issues. Low-end feel, dirty socks in room, fire alarm wake-up, and unsanitary findings.

Couldn't recommend more this venue to anyone, no complains at all. The hotel is impeccably clean and reasonably spacious with helpful enough staff and a very clean pool.

Thoroughly enjoyed how great looking the property was and its top-class staff in the bell desk. We were in a marvellous and good location really close to almost all of the Toronto sightseeing spots, the Toronto General, Sick Kids and Mount Sinai hospitals and half the outlets.

The unit was a decent size.
The service was all in all good. I stayed in the room that was kept clean and available with “ a walk in shower ”, video games for older kids plus 2 king sized beds. The staff was willing to help when I need it. The location in a lively area was marvellous and particularly good and there were the main shopping centre and a mall nearby.
